Our short-term rental properties where historically owned by family, friends, and neighbors who grew up in the Asheville area.
The Penley Family moved to Enka Candler in 1905 from Asheville after their home burned to the ground.

Weddings, Retreats, & Family Reunions
We can accommodate a wedding party, business retreat, or family reunion from 1 to 68 people in our collection of VRBO/AirBnB homes.
They are close proximity to each other (think ... just down the road!) Heck, three house are within a 9 iron shot of each other sharing the same 10 acres of green pasture.
